Beginner & Junior Golf
Wakehurst Golf Club provides an ideal setting for new golfers, with various programs to suit adults and juniors alike.
Adult beginners can choose individual private lessons with our PGA Professionals or limited number clinics to start their golf journey. Coaching is conducted utilising our practice facilities, building confidence before progressing to the course. We offer a Development Membership to complement easing into golf.
Juniors are most welcome at Wakehurst, with many a golf life started here. We can proudly say that over 30 PGA Professionals have come from junior programs at Wakehurst. Clinics are offered during school terms with short course and 9-hole competitions that help progression to play the whole course. Individual lessons are available for booking.
